Wyoming Gas Station

Project Overview

This project involved the planning and construction of a full-service gas station, requiring coordination across multiple phases and strict regulatory compliance. Gas station development is a complex process that demands precise planning, technical expertise, and strong project management to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Scope of Work

Our team managed the project from early planning and design through site preparation and construction. This included the installation of underground fuel storage tanks, fuel pumps, and all supporting system components. Each phase was executed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Project Management & Execution

A detailed project timeline was established at the outset to guide execution and maintain efficiency. Our project management team coordinated contractors, inspections, and installations while actively managing dependencies between trades to prevent delays.

Permitting & Compliance

We obtained all required local zoning and building permits, as well as additional regulatory approvals, early in the process. Proactive permitting and close coordination with local authorities ensured the project remained on schedule and avoided costly interruptions.

Results

The project was completed within the established timeline, meeting all regulatory requirements and operational standards. Effective planning, disciplined project management, and early risk mitigation allowed for a smooth construction process and timely delivery.

California EV Charging Station

Project Overview

This project focused on the planning and construction of a multi-vehicle electric vehicle (EV) charging station designed to support growing demand for electric transportation. The development required coordination between civil construction, electrical infrastructure, utility providers, and local jurisdictions to ensure safety, reliability, and long-term scalability.

Scope of Work

Our team managed the project from initial planning and site design through site preparation, construction, and installation of EV charging equipment. This included trenching, conduit installation, electrical upgrades, transformer coordination, charger installation, and site restoration. The project was designed to accommodate future expansion as EV adoption increases.

Project Management & Execution

A detailed project schedule was established at the outset to align construction activities, utility work, and equipment delivery. Our project management team coordinated electricians, civil contractors, utility providers, and inspectors to maintain momentum and minimize downtime. Strict timeline management ensured efficient execution across all phases of the project.

Permitting & Compliance

We secured all required zoning approvals, electrical permits, and utility authorizations prior to construction. Close coordination with local authorities and utility companies helped streamline inspections and prevent delays. All work was completed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

Results

The EV charging station was completed within the planned project timeline and delivered as a fully operational, code-compliant facility. The site now supports reliable charging for multiple vehicles while remaining adaptable for future technology upgrades and capacity expansion.

Southern California ADU.jpg

California ADU

Project Overview

This project involved the design and construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to provide the property owner with additional living space and long-term value. The goal was to create a fully functional, code-compliant dwelling that blended seamlessly with the existing property while maximizing usable space and return on investment.

Scope of Work

Our team managed the entire ADU build from concept to completion. This included site evaluation, design coordination, permitting, site preparation, construction, utility connections, and final finishes. The ADU was built as a standalone living unit with a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and sleeping space, designed for comfort, efficiency, and durability.

Project Management & Execution

A clear project timeline was established at the start of the project so the property owner knew what to expect at every phase. Our project management team coordinated all trades, inspections, and material deliveries to keep the project moving efficiently. Regular updates ensured transparency and minimized disruption to the main residence throughout construction.

Permitting & Compliance

We handled all zoning reviews, building permits, and required inspections on behalf of the property owner. By working closely with local planning and building departments, we ensured the ADU met all code requirements related to safety, utilities, setbacks, and occupancy—eliminating stress and uncertainty for the homeowner.

Results

The ADU was completed on schedule and delivered as a move-in-ready living space. The finished unit provided the property owner with flexible options for rental income, multigenerational living, or private guest accommodations while increasing overall property value.
